28.03.17 - Dublin City Council and An Garda Siochana Launch New Campaign
The Dublin City Council and An Gardai Siochana have launched a new anti-graffiti campaign aimed at young people called: ‘Think, Don’t Tag’.
Graffiti is very expensive to remove as it costs local authorities an estimated €1 million each year. Anyone caught ‘tagging’ could face time in prison or a fine of up to €2,000.
The main campaign message to young people is that they could risk their futures, if they tag.
