The aim of the TidyTowns Value Water Award is to raise awareness around water conservation, preserving water resources and preventing pollution.

There is a €10,000 prize fund to be won this year. This includes €1,000 each for four regional winners for ‘Best Large Town’ and €1,000 each for four regional winners for ‘Best Small Town’. The overall winner receives an additional €2,000.

This award recognises communities that have made a strong commitment to saving water by taking positive steps to help reduce the negative impact water pollution has on their local environment.

All entries for the TidyTowns Value Water Award will be assessed by a panel of judges.
